Thy D

"My overall mental health has significantly improved since I started seeing Sarah about 6 months ago. Each session is completely tailored to your needs and goals at the time. Sarah listens effectively, responds without judgment, suggests exercises that help with emotional regulation/anxiety, and approaches self-improvement with curiosity overall. Her safe and calming presence has allowed me to open up about topics I've been scared to even admit to myself."

Cathy

"Sarah is a personable, fellow neurodiverse individual who makes me feel well-understood and welcomed every single time. She is a true hero in this industry who aims to make mental health as accessible as possible. I am eternally grateful to have crossed paths with such a beautiful soul! "

Liz C

"I have been seeing Sarah for a few months now. I have never had a personal therapist that understood me and has been truly helping me to reach my goal of finding myself again. Sarah listens to you and has the gift of making you feel like you can conquer and be happy. Her presence is always uplifting and comforting. Her office is warm, cozy and homey."
I can't help but leave my sessions with her always with a smile and strength to move forward.

Taylor D

"Oh you would be so lucky to have Sarah as your therapist! She is genuine, warm, kind, approachable, and truly wise. I cannot recommend or sing her praises enough."

Sharleen S

"I have been seeing Sarah for close to a year now. I have had many therapists in the past but she is the one I've felt the most comfortable with and connected with, no awkward silences, she doesn't seem to just talk by the book but has lived experience and is genuinely so happy and eager to help people. I really look forward to talking to her, not just as a counselor but as a person because she is so cool and enjoyable to be around. She has such a beautiful energy and heart and is definitely made to this kind of work. I could go on and on, I'm just really grateful and thankful to have her in my corner as a support ❤️"

Liz L

"Sarah is kind, empathetic, and brilliant. She invites us into a space of welcome and non-judgement. Regardless of the state one is in, in Sarah's care is a good place to land."

Kathleen M

Every time I leave Sarah’s office, I feel like I’m that much closer to understanding myself. I’ve had counsellors in the past, but I would talk circles around them and walk away feeling like the projectile vomit of words I left in their office would never be cleaned. Sorry for that visual. Those sessions felt more like appointments for venting and validation rather than getting to the root of my problems.

Sarah is exceptional at keeping up with my thought process and gently steering me back to the present, finding parallels and behaviour patterns in all of my stories, from childhood to now. We don't just talk—but facilitate emotional connections to what I talk about, leading to a deeper understanding. I always feel seen and heard.

Sarah offers a safe space for self-reflection, especially with those big ol' identity questions. I’m reminded that it’s okay to be wrong about who I thought I was, and that it's okay to be excited about who I'm becoming—it comes with the territory of personal growth.

Sarah is incredibly empathetic and patient with a beautiful ability to identify and gently address underlying themes in my life that I haven't noticed myself. This non-judgmental and supportive approach makes it easy to be open and vulnerable, especially as a recently diagnosed neurodivergent newbie finding her footing in the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

I’ve never felt safer or more supported as I navigate difficult relationship changes, understand and accept my sexuality, and find my overall identity as a human on this weird planet. I would highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Sarah to anyone feeling a little (or a lot) lost.
